A renovated butchers shop and new student accommodation in a listed building at the centre of the market town of Buckingham.
Design Challenges / Opportunities
When working with listed buildings we are faced with challenges and opportunities. These were taken and overcome by working closely with the client to establish how their requirements could be met within these constraints.
A series of interventions were introduced to reinforce the client’s brand identity and produce an architectural layout that preserves the historic fabric whilst improving both space and function.
Brink provided full architectural services for RIBA stages 0 – 7.
